| preparation | 80.06g of liquid SO3 is added into the reaction container, stirred at 25 ℃ at a constant temperature, 112g of CHF3 gas is slowly and continuously filled within 2 hours, and stirred continuously for 1 hour; The liquid in the reaction container is heated to 60 ℃, and the tail gas is absorbed with NaOH solution and organic solvent acetone, when no tail gas is discharged, the liquid in the reaction container is cooled to room temperature for later use; 45.0g of lithium carbonate is added to the new reaction container, 450g of deionized water is added and stirred evenly, the cooled reaction liquid is slowly added dropwise, emptying and cooling are started, the temperature is controlled at 45 ℃, the dropping time is controlled at about 1 hour, and the constant temperature reaction is continued for 3 hours after the dropping is completed; filter the reaction liquid, the mother liquor was evaporated to obtain a white powder containing lithium trifluoromethylsulfonate and a small amount of lithium carbonate. The powder was dissolved with 800g of dimethyl carbonate, and 126g of white powder lithium trifluoromethanesulfonate with a purity of 99.93% was obtained by filtration, recrystallization, drying and the like, with an overall yield of 80.7%. |
